Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This page is a general terms overview for this website. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it does not replace the full signed service agreement provided before any paid engagement begins. It should be reviewed by an attorney before this business takes on paying clients.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. What We Offer

Refine Content (operating as Refine Your Media) provides content strategy audits, custom content frameworks, and ongoing posting guidance for creators and businesses. Filming, editing, and posting are the client's responsibility unless a separate add-on is explicitly agreed to in writing.

3. The Qualifying Process

This website uses a short qualifying process to determine whether our program is a realistic fit before offering a call. Submitting the form does not guarantee a booked call, a client relationship, or any specific outcome. We reserve the right to decline to work with any prospective client.

4. The Performance Guarantee

Where offered, our guarantee is subject to specific written terms provided to each client individually, including but not limited to:

The general guarantee terms referenced on this website are a summary only. The controlling terms are the ones in the signed service agreement for your specific engagement.

5. No Guarantee of Income or Business Results

Any guarantee we offer is tied specifically to the view-count metric described in your service agreement, not to leads, sales, revenue, or any other business outcome. Testimonials and results referenced on this site are real but reflect our own accounts and our most successful engagements; they are not representative of typical or average results, and outcomes will vary based on your niche, market conditions, effort, and factors outside our control.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedule, and refund terms (where applicable) are set out in the individual signed service agreement for each client and are not published on this website.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, frameworks, and materials on this website belong to Refine Content unless otherwise stated. Frameworks and strategy documents delivered to clients as part of a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement's service agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Booking a call or submitting a form means your information is processed by third-party services including monday.com (our CRM) and Calendly (our scheduling tool). Use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refine Content is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, beyond what is expressly set out in a signed service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Contact Us

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form on our site, or by reaching out directly during a scheduled call.
